French language institutes

Bonjour! Does anyone know of a good French Institute where I can be immersed in the French language and also get exposure to the culture. My friends and I plan to go to France next summer or fall for 3-6 weeks (we have different schedules). We prefer the south of France but any suggestions would be welcome! Merci beaucoup! J'apprécie votre aide!!
