Transcript of conversation between instructors

Hi All, I am at Upper Intermediate lessons and am having a hard time catching some of the details of the conversation between the instructors. I know I can get the transcript of the dialogue on the web site, but what about a transcript of the exchange between the instructors. For example, in the discussion of the "Sandwich Envy" lesson, I cannot tell the name of the "classique" sandwich that the woman instructor refers to. Please advise. Rich Mahoney

Thanks. Toward the end of the same conversation, they talk about something that seems to be "C. O. D." or say oh day. What are they saying?
