Problem With Payment?

My band account has been charged $25, under a "preverified" listing.
My Paypal listing says I should be charged $4/month.
I have not been charged the $4 fee on my account, but this strange $25 one has shown up.

Is there something that I missed?

I am also subscribed to Japanesepod101.com, under the basic $8 membership. That shouldn't expire and re-charge for a few more days.
