Dictionary form is "profiter de chaque instant", as in "Je dois profiter de chaque instant." (I have to enjoy every moment). If you want to say it to someone else, there are 2 ways to do that depending on who you are talking to: "profite de chaque instant" (casual form), or "profitez de chaque instant" (polite form).
