I think the pronunciation does not change in this case.
I noticed it happens sometimes English name is pronounced in the same way in order to preserve the original sounding of the name.
It is not a case of names like Harry, Henri, Harper, Hector, Hugo etc., because the letter "H" is always unreadable, but I even heard real Frenchs pronouncing these names with "H".
