Beginner Audio Blog?

I know there is an advanced audio blog, can we have a beginner audio blog too. I would like to do some French reading, but not advanced enough for the Advanced audio blog....

Audio blogs are a great idea BUT the advance is too advanced a standard for me yet, I found this forum thread and thought - ah ha! It seemed to indicate beginner level audio blogs were to happen but then nothing. What's the latest?

(with a short description of what the form relates to), and a direct link to the audio file so you could click it then and there, and not have to add it to your word bank if you didn't want to.
